How it works

Step 1: Refer a patient

Simply click "refer a patient" and fill out the information in the form. 

Step 2: Patient Onboarding

The patient receives an invitation to start the study on their phone. Once their information is provided, the cardiac assessment kit will be shipped to them by mail. 

Step 3: Turn-Key KIT shipped to patients home 

Once the patient receives a turn-key assessment kit, with self onboaridng to start their own assessment

Step 4: Patient returs the Holter

Once the assessment is finished, the patient simply returns the kit by mail.
